Mastering the Competency Based Interview

The interview is stage of the application process where you have an opportunity to shine. Like advocacy, delivering a good interview performance is a skill that improves with practice and feedback.

Many lawyers have very little interview experience and consequently have not developed their interview skills, let alone mastered a competency based interview process. When candidates are shown a video of themselves going through a mock interview, they are often surprised at and troubled by how they come across. For many the role play is a 'surprising' and 'challenging' experience which somes times bears little resemblence to a real court room scenario.

We are experts in interviewing techniques, having recruited and coached lawyers and non lawyers over many years.  We offer three different services:

"Your mock interview was unexpectedly nerve racking and invaluable"

                                                                                                                                   "Head of Chambers"
