Going Beyond Pupillage Interview Questions
Anticipating the sort of pupillage interview questions you may be asked should only be one part of your pupillage interview preparation. How you answer is at least as important as what you answer. Do you know what messages your body language is sending out? Bearing in mind body language accounts for at least 55% of your communication, you need to know. Have you crafted the key messages you need to deliver in interview, irrespective of the questions you are asked? We help you with all of these matters and much more.
As securing pupillage becomes more competitive, the recruitment process becomes more sophisticated with many chambers requiring applicants for pupillage to undergo more than one intensive pupillage interview. You need to give yourself every edge to ensure your time and financial investment do not go to waste.
We are experts in the interview process, having recruited and coached lawyers, including Silks, Heads of Chambers, Senior Partners and non lawyers over many years. We now offer the same interview coaching to pupillage applicants that we provide to judicial and silk applicants.
We offer a 1:1 discussion, full mock interview and de-brief where feedback is provided on your content, nonverbal communication and interview style. This will last between 90mins - 2hrs and you will have a DVD of your mock interview to take away.
