Competition for pupllage is tougher than ever. Unfortunately the lack of consistency between chambers recuritments procesess coupled with a lack of available meaningful advice for pupillage applicants , means getting pupillage is one the biggest challenges an aspiring barrister will face.
We are experts in the application and interview process, having recruited and coached lawyers, including Judges, Silks, Heads of Chambers and Senior Partners over many years. We now offer the same pupillage interview service to pupillage applicants. Mastering Pupillage Interview Questions is Not Enough
Anticipating the sort of pupillage interview questions you may be asked should only be one part of your pupillage interview preparation. How you answer is at least as important as what you answer. Do you know what messages your body language is sending out? Bearing in mind that body language accounts for at least 55% of your communication, you need to know.

As securing pupillage becomes more competitive, the recruitment process becomes more sophisticated with many chambers requiring applicants for pupillage to undergo more than one intensive pupillage interview. You need to give yourself every edge to ensure your time and financial investment do not go to waste.
